This customer had just bought our machine and was having a little bit of trouble understanding how to use it. After visiting the jobsite and making a few minor adjustments to how they were trying to use the machine they were very happy with it.
Customers always amaze me in how they find ways to make their job easier. In this case the customer hand dug about an 8 foot trench then entering from above ground they bored their way to the trench and set the angle of the drill stem from inside the trench. They cam out right where they were aimed and instead of tearing up the homeowners entire yard they only needed about 8 feet.
