The Mellanox BlueField family of I/O processing units, or IPUs, are new processing elements that processes information as it moves. This makes the flow of data to CPUs and GPUs smart and efficient for cloud, edge and AI data-centric workloads. IPUs make the datacenter one giant compute unit: a “Digital Brain”.
