As COVID-19 continues to rip through our country, people with disabilities and their families are becoming more concerned and getting even more worn down. Joshua’s Gift is partnering with Cisco TV to bring together an enthusiastic panel of experts from around the country, to explain how this pandemic is impacting the schools, IDD services and healthcare rights.  Families will find out about agencies offering emergency relief,  training to support themselves and their children’s Special Ed programs at home, emotional and mental health support (so they know they are not alone), sheltering in place tools and resources, employment diversity and job placement for the disabled adult and health and wellness tips on how to take care of themselves.
